Britain in the Fifties

I was commissioned to design the entire suite of branding and graphics for this huge multifaceted exhibition at Compton Verney looking at design and its influence in 1950s. Contacted early in the projects development, I worked closely with the curatorial team to create bespoke 1950s themed graphical idents and a style for the main exhibition and also each of the exhibition sections. I helped with all design aspects of the project including small labels, extensive wall captions, custom maps and signage, scanning of old artefacts, retouching, custom illustrated lido backdrop, custom illustrated key for objects in a recreated living room and much more. I also managed and organised all printing (including specialist large scale reproductions, hanging posters and 3D signs) and installation to a tight schedule before press launch.
